Non-Nigerian candidates: $60.00

(i) Paper admission forms are available at Foundation College of Technology, Ikot Idem, Off Ikono Rd, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State.
(ii) Online admission form is available on the college website: foundationpoly.com.ng.
STEPS TO FILL ONLINE ADMISSION FORM:
(a) Log on to the website: foundationpoly.com.ng
(b) Click on “apply online”
(c) Click on “Don’t have an account” and create a user account
(d) Check your email you used in creating the account and validate your account
(e) Return to the website and complete the application form
(f) Then proceed to the bank and pay the application fee.
